| 7 | | Sec. 9. The The Department of Natural Resources shall |
| 8 | | carefully investigate any and all complaints that may be made |
| 9 | | that any person, company or corporation is attempting to |
| 10 | | interfere with the free and unobstructed navigation of any of |
| 11 | | the public bodies of water of the State, and if it finds that |
| 12 | | the complaint is well founded, the Department shall enter such |
| 13 | | order as may be required to prevent wrongful interference with |
| 14 | | such navigation. |
