| 8 | | Sec. 8-0.1. Definition. As used in this Article VIII only, |

| 11 | | named as a legatee in a prior will of the decedent whose share |
| 12 | | in the prior will is more than the share the person or |
| 13 | | organization receives under the will being admitted.".
