SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $12,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Building Brighter Futures Center for the Arts to construct a sports complex. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $12,000,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Building Brighter Futures Center for the Arts to construct a sports complex.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2024.
