SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to deposit into the Workforce, Technology, and Economic Development Fund for the purpose of making a grant to the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association for all costs and expenses associated with the Employer Training Investment Program. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to deposit into the Workforce, Technology, and Economic Development Fund for the purpose of making a grant to the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association for all costs and expenses associated with the Employer Training Investment Program.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
