SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $5,000,000 from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for a grant to the City Colleges of Chicago for all costs associated with the construction and renovation of the City of Chicago Career and Technical Education Center. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for a grant to the City Colleges of Chicago for all costs associated with the construction and renovation of the City of Chicago Career and Technical Education Center.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023.
