13 | currently curtailed by action of the State, if his or her | ||||||
14 | conviction has potential consequences under federal | ||||||
15 | immigration law. For purposes of this subsection, "conviction" | ||||||
16 | refers to any disposition where the individual has pleaded or | ||||||
17 | been found guilty in state court, regardless of whether the | ||||||
18 | state court entered judgment on the matter. ".
