AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1995

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1995 by replacing
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4    "Section 5. The State of Illinois owns the following
5described real estate, which is under the control of the
6Department of Central Management Services:
 
7        That part of Section 36, Township 36 North, Range 12,
8    East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying Southerly of
9    the Southerly Line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific
10    Railroad,
 
11        (Excepting therefrom that portion described as
12    follows:
 
13        That part of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of said
14    Section 36 lying South of the Center Line of the North

1    Branch of the Flossmoor Road Drainage Ditch; Also that
2    part of the South 46 Acres of the East 1/2 of the Southwest

6        Also Excepting therefrom that portion described as
7    follows:
 
8        That part of the West 1900 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of

18    Section 10. The real estate described in Section 5 is no
19longer needed by the State of Illinois. Therefore, upon
20completion of use of the parcel, the Department of Central
21Management Services, on behalf of the State of Illinois, shall
22convey by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest of the
23State of Illinois and the Department of Central Management
24Services in and to the real estate described in Section 5 of

1this Act to the Village of Tinley Park for economic
2development and remediation of environmental hazards, for no
3less than the fair market value as determined by an average of
43 appraisals.
 
5    Section 15. The Director of Central Management Services
6shall obtain a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after
7its effective date and shall record the certified document in
8the Recorder's Office of Cook County, Illinois.
 
9    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10becoming law.".
