Makes appropriations for the IL Non-Profit Security Grant Program from General Revenue Fund for grants to not-for-profit organizations for security improvements in ordinance with 20 ILCS 3305/5 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022.

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

    Section 5.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Emergency Management Agency to meet ordinary and contingent expenses of the IL Non-Profit Security Grant Program:

  For the preventing, preparing for, or responding to acts of terrorism  $8,000,000

 

 

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect Effective on July 1, 2022.
