SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $250,000 from the SBE Federal Department of Education Fund to the State Board of Education for a grant to or a contract with the Illinois Association of School Nurses to complete a study for school nursing capacity in this State. Effective July 1, 2022.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $250,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the SBE Federal Department of Education Fund to the State Board of Education for a grant to or a contract with the Illinois Association of School Nurses to complete a study for school nursing capacity in this State.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
