SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Frank Fuoto Jr. of Moline, who passed
4away on April 13, 2019; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Frank Fuoto Jr. was born in New York City, New
6York to Frank Sr. and Julia Donofrio Fuoto on January 2, 1944;
7and
 
8    WHEREAS, Frank Fuoto Jr. served in the United States Air
9Force from 1962 until 1965; he then worked as a civilian
10employee of the United States Army as a management specialist
11at the Rock Island Arsenal for 30 years; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Frank Fuoto Jr. was active with the Grumman Lunar
13Module Alumni; he enjoyed the Arsenal Breakfast Club and was a
14voracious reader, especially of history; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Frank Fuoto Jr. is survived by his brother, John
16(Janet) Fuoto; his sister, Ellen (John Rasi) Fuoto; his
17stepbrother, Al Scarpellini; his half sister, Rosemary Fuoto;
18and his many nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

2family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
