SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Wayne G. Frame of Woodstock, who passed
4away on January 6, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Wayne Frame was born in Woodstock to Charles and
6Ann (Larsen) Frame on June 8, 1932; he served in the United
7States Marine Corps during the Korean War aboard the USS
8Monrovia in the Communications Division; he married Olive
9Slavin in St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Hartland on November
1019, 1955; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Wayne Frame worked for Commonwealth Edison for 40
12years; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Wayne Frame spent many winters at his home in the
14Rio Grande Valley area of Texas, where he volunteered at his
15church for Habitat for Humanity projects; in his earlier years,
16he coached with the Woodstock Little League and for the St.
17Mary School Athletic Basketball program; he was a member of St.
18Mary Church, the Woodstock Knights of Columbus, the VFW, and
19the Woodstock Moose Lodge; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Wayne Frame was preceded in death by his wife,
21Olive; and

1    WHEREAS, Wayne Frame is survived by his sons, Marc (Carol)
2and Gregory (Amy) Frame; his grandchildren, Elise (Tyler)
3Zacharias, Christopher Frame, and Caroline Frame; his
4great-granddaughter, Margaret Zacharias; and his brother,
5Ronald (Gina) Frame; therefore, be it
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
8Wayne G. Frame, and extend our sincere condolences to his
9family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
10further
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12presented to the family of Wayne Frame as an expression of our
13deepest sympathy.
