SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Fairy Lucille Wieseman of Bunker Hill,
4who passed away on December 19, 2017; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Fairy Wieseman was born in Bunker Hill to John and
6Mary (Mansholt) Mangels on February 1, 1924; she married Leo
7Wieseman in Bunker Hill on June 5, 1946; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Fairy Wieseman worked as a house cleaner, a
9janitor for Zion Lutheran Church in Bunker Hill, and at Jacoby
10Furniture Store in Bunker Hill; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Fairy Wieseman was a former member and ladies aid
12at Zion Lutheran Church in Bunker Hill; most recently, she was
13a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Bethalto; she enjoyed
14writing poetry and walking her dogs; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Fairy Wieseman was preceded in death by her
16husband, Leo; her parents; and her sisters, Irma Franke and
17Bertha Gosch; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Fairy Wieseman is survived by her children, Danny
19(Brenda) and Dennis (Mary) Wieseman; her grandchildren,
20Christopher (Tammy) Wieseman, Tonya (Scott) Rombach, Joey

7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
9Fairy Lucille Wieseman, and extend our sincere condolences to
10her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
11further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Fairy Wieseman as an expression of
14our deepest sympathy.
