SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Louis R. Coulombe, of Batavia, formerly
4of St. Charles, who passed away on October 25, 2017; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Louis Coulombe was born in Lombard to Louis and
6Mary (Vitco) Coulombe on November 6, 1928; he served in the
7United States Army during the Korean War; he worked at Sidwell
8Company for over 40 years; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Louis Coulombe was an expert woodworker, an avid
10golfer, and a master at crosswords; he had a quiet love for his
11family; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Louis Coulombe was preceded in death by his
13parents; his brother; his sister, his son-in-law; and his
14grandson; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Louis Coulombe is survived by his devoted wife of
1666 years, Virginia; his children, Eloise, Charlie, Linda (Don
17McNeil), Dan (Kim), and Russell (Shannon); his grandchildren,
18Hilary, Brandon, and Mike; and his great-grandchildren, Jason,
19Margaret, Damien, Garret, Aviana, and Evan; therefore, be it
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
2Louis R. Coulombe and extend our sincere condolences to his
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6presented to the family of Louis Coulombe as an expression of
7our deepest sympathy.
