| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3233 as follows:

| 3 | on page 1, line 18, after "(iv)", by inserting "for | ||||||
| 4 | appropriations for the Office of the Governor enacted after the | ||||||
| 5 | effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General | ||||||
| 6 | Assembly,"; and | ||||||
| 7 | on page 3, by replacing line 7 with "For appropriations for the | ||||||
| 8 | Office of the Governor enacted after the effective date of this | ||||||
| 9 | amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly, (1) the foregoing | ||||||
| 10 | certification"; and | ||||||
| 11 | on page 3, by replacing line 12 with "approvals which may be | ||||||
| 12 | required by law to be made; and (2) in no event".
