| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 2-3.170 as follows:

| 6 | | (105 ILCS 5/2-3.170 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 2-3.170. Entrepreneurial skills teaching resources. |
| 8 | | The State Board of Education shall post resources regarding the |
| 9 | | teaching of entrepreneurial skills for use by school districts |
| 10 | | with secondary schools. The State Board of Education shall |
| 11 | | gather input from business groups and universities when |
| 12 | | developing the list of resources.
