AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3359

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3359 on page 75,
3line 8, after "19-129", by inserting "and by adding Section
49-109.6"; and
 
5on page 94, by inserting immediately below line 9 the
6following:
 
7    "(735 ILCS 5/9-109.6 new)
8    Sec. 9-109.6. Residential eviction order; form. A
9standardized residential eviction order form, as determined by
10the Supreme Court, shall be used statewide."; and
 
11on page 113, by replacing lines 7 through 12 with the
12following:
 
13"lease will be terminated. If the tenant does not pay the rent
14due within the time stated in the notice under this Section,

1the landlord may consider the lease ended and commence an
2eviction or ejectment action without further notice or demand.
3If the tenant does not within the time mentioned in such
4notice, pay the rent due, the landlord may consider the lease
5ended, and sue for the possession under the statute in relation
6to forcible entry and detainer, or maintain ejectment without
7further notice or demand. A claim for rent may be joined in the
8complaint,".
