Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board:

Payable from the Traffic and Criminal
Conviction Surcharge Fund:

For State Contributions to State
Employees' Retirement System.................. 1,104,600
For State Contributions to
Social Security................................. 156,500

Section 5. The following named amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, is appropriated to the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board as follows:

For payment of and/or reimbursement
of training and training services
in accordance with statutory provisions...... 16,000,000
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2017, if and only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
