    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 5.  The sum of $900,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Technology Management Revolving Fund to the Department of Innovation and Technology for administrative and program expenses.

 

Section 99.  Effective Date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2017, if and only if Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act), as introduced in the Illinois Senate, becomes law.
