SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, as follows:
General Funds $1,158,600
Other State Funds $ 47,500
Total $1,206,100

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The amount of $1,158,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018.
Section 10. The sum of $47,500, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Agricultural Premium Fund to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor for all costs associated with the Rural Affairs Council including any grants or administrative expenses.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018. Notwithstanding anything in this Act to the contrary, appropriations authorized in this Act shall be used for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
