SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The sum of $1,391,700, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority for replenishment of a draw on the debt service reserve fund backing bonds issued on behalf of Laclede Steel-Illinois.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018. Notwithstanding anything in this Act to the contrary, appropriations authorized in this Act shall be used for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
