    Speaker Madigan asked and obtained unanimous  consent  to  use  the
Quorum Roll Call of the Regular Session as the Roll Call for Attendance
in this Second Special Session.


    At  the hour of 3:35 o'clock p.m., Representative Currie moved that
the House do now adjourn SINE DIE.
    The motion prevailed.
    And the Second Special Session stood adjourned, SINE DIE.
