3 [January 20, 2000] The House met pursuant to adjournment. The Speaker in the Chair. Speaker Madigan asked and obtained unanimous consent to use the Quorum Roll Call of the Regular Session as the Roll Call for Attendance in this First Special Session which is as follows: 112 present. (ROLL CALL 1-1ss) By unanimous consent, Representatives Monique Davis, Flowers, Fowler, Morrow and Ryder were excused from attendance. At the hour of 11:52 o'clock a.m., Representative Currie moved that the House do now adjourn until Friday, January 21, 2000, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. The motion prevailed. And the First Special Session stood adjourned.
