Biography: Senator Plummer and his family live in Edwardsville, where he serves as vice president of R.P. Lumber, a family owned and operated business with dozens of locations throughout Illinois and Missouri. Sen. Plummer is also active in other businesses spanning multiple industries, including real estate, hospitality, technology, and agriculture. He also enjoys participating in numerous civic organizations and non-profits. Sen. Plummer is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and first answered the call to serve as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
