|
| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Barbara J. "Babs" Dahl of Villa Park, who |
| 4 | | passed away at the age of 60; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Barbara Dahl was a passionate opponent of bullying |
| 6 | | and a fighter for the downtrodden; she also volunteered in her |
| 7 | | community, donated food to pantries and the homeless, sponsored |
| 8 | | children in poverty across the globe, and served the PADS |
| 9 | | Ministry; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Barbara Dahl was the beloved wife of Erwin "Erv" |
| 11 | | Dahl; the loving mother of Drew J., Olivia L., and Henry N. |
| 12 | | Dahl; the dear grandmother of Oliver T.; the fond sister of |
| 13 | | Linda (Stephen) Clouse; and the dear aunt of many; therefore, |
| 14 | | be it
|
| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her |
| 17 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Barbara J. "Babs" |
| 18 | | Dahl; and be it further
|
| 19 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 | | presented to the family of Barbara Dahl as an expression of our |
| 21 | | sympathy.
