| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Norma Jean Michals of Libertyville; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, Norma Michals was formerly of Skokie; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Norma Michals was preceded in death by her beloved |
| 6 | | husband, Richard, and her brothers, Donald and Patrick; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Norma Michals was the dear mother of Kevin |
| 8 | | (Anita), Carol (Sashi), David (Sara), and Cynthia (Steve) |
| 9 | | Kessler; the loving grandmother of Shea, Luke, Tippu, Tanya, |
| 10 | | Samantha, Mason, and Duncan; and the fond sister-in-law of |
| 11 | | Connie and Judy Shea; therefore, be it
|
| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 14 | | Norma Jean Michals, and extend our sincere condolences to her |
| 15 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 16 | | further

| 17 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 | | presented to the family of Norma Michals as an expression of |
