| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of James Joseph "Whitey" Messineo of Long |
| 4 | | Grove, at the age of 74; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, James Messineo was the beloved husband of Carole |
| 6 | | Ann (nee Kokavec) Messineo; the loving father of James (Stacey) |
| 7 | | Messineo, Jill Rizzo, and Jennifer (Tim) Noonan; the cherished |
| 8 | | grandfather of Madilyn, Michael, Anthony, and Nicholas; the |
| 9 | | fond brother of John Messineo, the late Gerald, and the late |
| 10 | | Cynthia Messineo; and the dear son of the late Vincent and the |
| 11 | | late Bertha Messineo; therefore, be it

| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 14 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of James Joseph "Whitey" |
| 15 | | Messineo; and be it further

| 16 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 | | presented to the family of James Messineo as an expression of |
