SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Jonathan Ormsby "Jonny" Wade II of 
4Jerseyville, who passed away on December 24, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Jonny Wade was born in Lubbock, Texas on April 9, 
62007 to Kimberly Denise and Jonathan Ormsby Wade; his family 
7moved to Mountain View, Missouri when he was 2 and to 
8Jerseyville when he was 6; he enjoyed baseball and fishing and 
9would often spend hours organizing his hooks and lures to 
10prepare for the next trip; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Jonny Wade became spiritual as early as 3  years 
12old and was baptized on May 31, 2015; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Jonny Wade was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan; 
14and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Jonny Wade was preceded in death by his 
16great-grandparents, Henry Richard and Viola June Wade, Levi 
17"Bud" and Lillian Dunbar, Sherman and Marjorie Massey, and Alex 
18Carroll and his great-uncle, Larry Wade; and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Jonny Wade is survived by his twin brother, 
20Jackson "Jacky" Wade; his parents; his half-sister, Kayla

1Garrison; his grandparents, Henry Ormsby and Sherline Wade, 
2John and Darlene Blount, and Alan Carroll; his 
3great-grandparent, Mary Carroll; his aunts and uncles, Patrick 
4and Kristine Crane and Bryan and Lisa Wade; and many cousins; 
5therefore, be it
  
 
6    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
7ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
8Jonathan Ormsby "Jonny" Wade II, and extend our sincere 
9condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
10him; and be it further
  
 
11    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
12presented to  the family of  Jonny Wade as an expression of our 
13deepest sympathy.
