2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
3 | | learn of the death of Robert D. Kollman of East Moline, who |
4 | | passed away on November 17, 2015; and
|
5 | | WHEREAS, Robert Kollman was born in Muscatine, Iowa on |
6 | | February 9, 1931 to Joseph F. and Anna G. Reikert Kollman; he |
7 | | served in the United States Army during the Korean War and |
8 | | married Dorothy M. Horn; and
|
9 | | WHEREAS, Robert Kollman worked as an assembler for I.H.; |
10 | | and
|
11 | | WHEREAS, Robert Kollman was a member of Christ the King |
12 | | Catholic Church; he was a member of the East Moline VFW and the |
13 | | Christian Motorcycle Association; he enjoyed spending time |
14 | | drinking coffee at Porky's and McDonald's; and
|
15 | | WHEREAS, Robert Kollman was preceded in death by his |
16 | | parents; his 2 sisters; his one brother; and his beloved pugs, |
17 | | Sunny and Buffy; and
|
18 | | WHEREAS, Robert Kollman is survived by his wife, Dorothy; |
19 | | his daughters, Marie (Musah) Mills and Amy Kollman; his |
20 | | stepchildren, Ginny (Gene Taets) Manske, Chris (Lisa) Hayes, |
