| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Eugene A. Winter; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, Eugene Winter served his country as a member of |
| 5 | | the United States Army during World War II; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Eugene Winter was the beloved husband of the late |
| 7 | | Jean (nee Cummings); the loving father of Nancy (Michael) |
| 8 | | Skiba, James, Cynthia (the late Chris) Short, Diane (Casey) |
| 9 | | Graddy, and Donald (Theresa); the dear grandfather of 12; and |
| 10 | | the great-grandfather of 9; therefore, be it
|
| 11 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 12 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 13 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Eugene A. Winter; and |
| 14 | | be it further

| 15 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 16 | | presented to the family of Eugene Winter as an expression of |
| 17 | | our sympathy.
