SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Michael P. Klapperich, who passed away on 
4November 30, 2014; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Michael Klapperich was born on May 27, 1957 in 
6Woodstock; his parents were John P. and Eileen C. (nee Greaney) 
7Klapperich; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Michael Klapperich was a proud United States 
9Marine who served during the Vietnam War; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Michael Klapperich was a great fan of sports and 
11loved fishing and spending time with his many friends; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Michael Klapperich was preceded in death by his 
13father, John; a sister, Diane Laney; a brother, Danny 
14Klapperich; and a niece, Grace Cisler; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Michael Klapperich is survived by 3 children, 
16Peter, Jamie, and Jonathan; 5 granddaughters; his mother, 
17Eileen; 4 brothers and sisters, Kathie (Terry) Lynd, Jim 
18(Marcia) Klapperich, Tim (Terri) Klapperich, and Patti (Jim) 
19Osswald; and the love of his life, Linda Dalka; therefore, be

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
3family and friends, mourn the passing of Michael P. Klapperich; 
4and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Michael Klapperich as an expression 
7of our sympathy.
