SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Chad William Winter of Woodstock, who 
4passed away on December 15, 2015; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Chad Winter was born in Woodstock on February 6, 
61996 to Kerry (nee Enders) Warren and Kevin "Chick" Winter; he 
7graduated from  Woodstock High School; and
  
 
  
8    WHEREAS, Chad Winter was an avid long boarder; he enjoyed 
9his bright yellow car and video games; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Chad Winter was preceded in death by his 
11grandparents, Albert and Ann Winter and Dave and Betty Warren 
12and his  uncles, Gary Struck and Albert Winter, Jr.; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Chad Winter is survived by his girlfriend, Lauren 
14Akers; his parents, Kerry and Scott Warren and Kevin "Chick" 
15(Jolene) Winter; his 5 sisters, Ashlee (Adam) Lorenzo, Melanie 
16Winter, Karlee Winter, Kylee Winter, and Melissa Warren; his 2 
17brothers, Brad Warren and Daniel Warren; his 2 nephews, Aiden 
18and Austin Lorenzo; his grandparents, Joan and Jay Twardosz and 
19Jean Enders; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins;

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Chad Winter, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, 
4friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to the family of Chad Winter as an expression of our 
7deepest sympathy.
