| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of James Malay of Bloomington, who passed |
| 4 | | away on January 24, 2015; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, James Malay is survived by his wife, Elaine; his |
| 6 | | daughters, Susan McNary, Julie Friedmann, and Karen Compton; |
| 7 | | his son, Jim Malay; his sons-in-law, Bill McNary, Ed Friedmann |
| 8 | | and Spencer Compton; his daughter-in-law, Alicia Malay; and his |
| 9 | | grandchildren, Molly, Kathleen, Maggie, Ryan, Ellie, Nora, |
| 10 | | Meghan, Nell, Liam, and Sarah; therefore, be it
|
| 11 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 12 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 13 | | James Malay, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, |
| 14 | | friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

| 15 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 16 | | presented to the family of James Malay as an expression of our |
| 17 | | deepest sympathy.
