Appropriates and re-appropriates funds from the Federal HOME Investment Trust Fund to the Department of Revenue for the Illinois HOME Investment Partnerships Program administered by the Illinois Housing Development Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $25,000,000, new appropriation, is appropriated and the sum of $15,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary and as remains unexpended at the close of business on June 30, 2015, from appropriations and reappropriations heretofore made in Article 35, Section 30 of Public Act 98-0679 is reappropriated from the Federal HOME Investment Trust Fund to the Department of Revenue for the Illinois HOME Investment Partnerships Program administered by the Illinois Housing Development Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
