Amends the Illinois Pension Code. In a provision concerning the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability, provides that officers, employees, and agents of pension funds and retirement systems subject to the Code shall cooperate with the Commission and shall upon request provide the Commission with such information and other assistance as it may find necessary or useful for the performance of its duties. Provides that all such requests shall be responded to within 10 business days, unless the Commission agrees to provide additional time. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 22-803 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (40 ILCS 5/22-803)
|
| 7 | | Sec. 22-803. Commission on Government Forecasting and |
| 8 | | Accountability. The
Illinois State Board of
Investment and all |
| 9 | | pension funds and retirement systems subject to this Code, |
| 10 | | including their officers, employees, and agents,
shall |
| 11 | | cooperate with the
Commission on Government Forecasting and |
| 12 | | Accountability
and shall upon request provide
the Commission |
