| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2903 on page 5, |
| 3 | | immediately below line 3, by inserting the following:

| 4 | | "(e) For any project, including, but not limited to, |
| 5 | | improvement, maintenance, and construction of infrastructure, |
| 6 | | that is funded in whole or in part by the Foundation, the |
| 7 | | Foundation shall require the contractor and all subcontractors |
| 8 | | to comply with the requirements of Section 30-22 of the |
| 9 | | Illinois Procurement Code as those requirements apply to |
| 10 | | responsible bidders and to present satisfactory evidence of |
| 11 | | that compliance to the Foundation.".
