| 3 | | replacing lines 7 through 12 with the following:

| 5 | | electronic means mail to each licensee under this Act, at his |
| 6 | | or her address of record, at least 60 days in advance of the |
| 7 | | expiration date of his or her license, a renewal notice. No |
| 8 | | such license shall be deemed to have lapsed until 90 days after |
| 9 | | the expiration date and after the Department has attempted to |
| 10 | | provide such notice has been mailed by the Department as herein |
| 11 | | provided.".
