AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department of Natural Resources:
OFFICE OF RESOURCE CONSERVATION
Payable from the Park and Conservation Fund:
For all expenses related to Department
youth employment programs.................. $20,000,000
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2016.
