| 9 | | college district offers bachelor's degrees in nursing if both |

| 11 | | (1) The board has determined that it has
the expertise, |
| 12 | | resources, and interest to offer a quality
bachelor's |
| 13 | | degree in nursing program and the
program is consistent |
| 14 | | with existing board policy. |
