Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that the Environmental Protection Agency shall create a statewide directory of landfills, active or inactive, located within the State. Provides that the directory shall be posted to the Agency's website. Effective immediately.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 22.60 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (415 ILCS 5/22.60 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 22.60. Landfill directory. The Agency shall create a |
| 8 | | statewide directory of landfills, active or inactive, located |
| 9 | | within the State. The directory shall be posted to the Agency's |
| 10 | | website.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 | | becoming law.
