SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $582,500,000 from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to the Department of Transportation for counties, municipalities, and counties for distribution to road districts in accordance with the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, the following named sums, or so much thereof as are available for distribution in accordance with Section 8 of the Motor Fuel Tax Law, are appropriated from the Motor Fuel Tax Fund to the Department of Transportation for the purposes stated:

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
