| 3 | | with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |
| 4 | | 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 5 with the |
| 5 | | following:

| 6 | | "services contracts entered into on and after the effective |
| 7 | | date of this Act. |
| 8 | | (b) This Act does not apply to contracts for snow removal |
| 9 | | or ice control services on public roads or with public bodies. |
| 10 | | (c) This Act does not apply to contracts for snow removal |
| 11 | | or ice control services with a public utility. As used in this |
| 12 | | Section, "public utility" has the meaning provided in Section |
| 13 | | 3-105 of the Public Utilities Act. |
| 14 | | (d) This Act does not apply to an insurance policy, a |
| 15 | | surety bond, or workers' compensation. |
| 16 | | (e) This Act does not affect any immunities or |
| 17 | | affirmative".
