AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2043

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2043 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “Section 5.  The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for its FY16 ordinary and contingent expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.”.
