SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

    Section 1.  The sum of $1,391,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Southwestern Illinois Development Authority for replenishment of a draw on the debt service reserve fund backing bonds issued on behalf of Laclede Steel-Illinois.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
