SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Workers’ Compensation Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Operations Fund to the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission:

For Personal Services:
Regular Positions............................. 8,221,900
Arbitrators................................... 3,589,800
For State Contributions to State
Employees' Retirement System.................. 3,720,400
For Arbitrators' Retirement System............. 1,636,800
For State Contributions to Social Security....... 899,100
For Group Insurance............................ 3,420,000

Section 5. The amount of $34,100, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Operations Fund to the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission for the implementation and operation of an accident reporting system.
Section 10. The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Operations Fund to the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission:

Section 15. The amount of $2,034,600, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Operations Fund to Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission for costs associated with the establishment, administration and operations of the Insurance Compliance Division of the workers’ compensation anti-fraud program administered by Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Section 20. The amount of $85,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission Operations Fund to Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission for costs associated with the establishment of the Medical Fee Schedule and other provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Act.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
