Amends the State Agency Web Site Act. Requires that a State agency make applications for licenses under the jurisdiction of that State agency accessible by means of a State agency Web site to the general public no later than January 1, 2017. Defines "license" as any license, certification, registration, or permit issued by a State agency, except for a driver's license, State identification card, or vehicle registration issued by the Secretary of State or any license issued by the State Board of Elections. Effective immediately.

2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | | Section 5. The State Agency Web Site Act is amended by |
5 | | changing Section 5 and by adding Section 20 as follows:

7 | | Sec. 5. Definitions. As used in this Act:
|
8 | | "Cookie" means a set of computer data or instructions that |
9 | | is placed on a
consumer's computer by a Web site server to |
10 | | collect or store information about
the
consumer.

11 | | "State agencies" has the meaning given to that term in |
12 | | Section 1-7 of the
Illinois State Auditing Act.
|
13 | | "License" means any license, certification, registration, |
14 | | or permit issued by a State agency, except for a driver's |
15 | | license, State identification card, or vehicle registration |
16 | | issued by the Secretary of State or any license issued by the |
17 | | State Board of Elections. |
