| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1898 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 12, by replacing lines 21 through 26 with the |
| 4 | | following:
|
| 5 | | "(1) as provided under subsection (a) or (b) of this |
| 6 | | Section; or
|
| 7 | | (2) on the date the applicant's authorized stay in the |
| 8 | | United States terminates."; and
|
| 9 | | on page 15, by replacing lines 18 through 22 with the |
| 10 | | following:
|
| 11 | | "(1) as provided under subsection (a), (f), (g), or (i) |
| 12 | | of this Section; or
|
| 13 | | (2) on the date the applicant's authorized stay in the |
| 14 | | United States terminates.".
