| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1824 on page 5, by |
| 3 | | inserting immediately below line 3 the following: |
| 4 | | "(7) This Section does not apply to an organization |
| 5 | | that meets each of the following criteria: |
| 6 | | (A) is exempt from taxation under Section |
| 7 | | 501(c)(3) of the federal Internal Revenue Code; |
| 8 | | (B) possesses a Class C exhibitor license from the |
| 9 | | United States Department of Agriculture; and |
| 10 | | (C) is currently privately owned but was formerly |
| 11 | | operated by a State agency.".
