Amends the Election Code. Prohibits the publishing of information concerning an individual's voting history with the intent to harass, embarrass, or shame the individual. Provides that any person in violation of this provision shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Election Code is amended by adding Section |
| 5 | | 4-34 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 4-34. Voter shaming. No person shall publish |
