| 9 | | this Code by P.A. 98-1171 extending grace period registration |
| 10 | | to and including the day of the election shall not apply to the |
| 11 | | 2015 special primary or special general election to fill the |
| 12 | | vacancy in Illinois' 18th Congressional District. Nothing in |
| 13 | | this Section shall supersede the provisions of the consent |
| 14 | | decree entered by the United States District Court for the |
| 15 | | Northern District of Illinois in the matter of United States of |
| 16 | | America v. Illinois State Board of Elections, et al., No. |
