| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Aircraft Use Tax Law is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 10-30 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 10-30. Determining selling price. For the

determining the validity of the "selling price" |
| 9 | | reported on returns filed with
the
Department, the Department |
| 10 | | may furnish the following information to persons
with
whom the |
| 11 | | Department has contracted for service related to making that

| 12 | | determination: the
selling price stated on the return; the |
| 13 | | aircraft identification number; the
year, the make,
and the |
| 14 | | model name or number of the aircraft; the purchase date; and |
| 15 | | the hours
of
operation. |
